Homemade Churros, YUMMY!!

3 2 1 4 5

This was a 2 man, sticky, fun and easy job! YUMMY being the key word in the title. I mean how could they not be…..you have cinnamon, sugar and dough, Here is how we made the not so normal looking churros.

3 1/4 cup of Bisquick

2-3 inches of oil in a 3 quart sauce pan

Cinnamon/Sugar McCormick Mix

Heat the oil on medium to high heat until it is 375 degrees. I don’t have a piping bag so I used a sandwich bag and snipped the corner off and squeezed the dough out from there. When it got too long or too thick I used clean kitchen scissors to cut it loose into the oil. Once the dough is in the oil, it only takes a minute or two on each side until golden brown and done. Remove quickly onto the plate of cinnamon/sugar and roll around until completely covered. Once all dough is made and covered in cinnamon/sugar now is the best part….EAT AND ENJOY!!!
